Best price for products, added value and strong own brands - these are the three main pillars on which Action intends to base the success of the company and its partners, the company's management announced at a conference for the distributor's customers held on 14 October in Warsaw. According to the distributor's statement, the new business strategy is based "on close, sincere and innovative cooperation with resellers."
The guests were also given information about the restructuring process and the legal situation that Action currently finds itself in. Maciej Roch Pietrzak, licensed restructuring advisor from the PMR Restrukturyzacje law firm, emphasized that the restructuring procedure should not be associated with bankruptcy. According to him, the purpose of the restructuring is to quickly and safely rebuild the business and improve the company's results.
