When should a company initiate restructuring proceedings?

We teach young entrepreneurs how to set up a business, but we do not teach them how to get out of trouble. When it comes to restructuring proceedings, you need to know that they are different and are tailored to different stages of problems. Unfortunately, the awareness of entrepreneurs in Poland in this respect seems to be low.

- Elementary knowledge of restructuring procedures should be in the minds of entrepreneurs. The watershed moment when one has to think about initiating restructuring proceedings is when a significant problem arises, not necessarily the insolvency itself
