The usable area of the premises is 49.59 m\u00b2, and the property consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The overall standard and technical condition of the premises have been assessed as poor; the premises require renovation. The ownership of the premises comes with a 1\/2 share in the perpetual usufruct of plot no. 788 and a 45% share in the common parts of the building.
