The industry in which people most often considered changing jobs is sales. Leaving is least often discussed in design.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The report 'How to work to have no regrets? - Generation Z and Generation Y on regret, satisfaction and risk at work' shows that one of the main reasons for dissatisfaction at work is the level of pay. Almost 50 per cent. \"Zetas\" and older \"Igreos\" (36-45 years old) and 60 per cent of younger representatives of generation Y (28-35 years old) are dissatisfied with the level of their salaries<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Other elements of the professional environment generated much less dissatisfaction. About every fourth representative was dissatisfied with the dynamics of work. <a href=\"https:\/\/pmr-restrukturyzacje.pl\/en\/every-fourth-employee-at-the-electric-engine-factory-in-tarnow-will-lose-his-job\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"279\">Generation Y<\/a> and every third employee from generation Z. Every third person from the \u201cZ\u201d generation would prefer to work remotely more, while among the older \u201cIgrek\u201d generation, less than every sixth respondent showed similar preferences.
