Change of administrator in the sanctioning proceedings of Dayli Polska sp. z o.o.

The PMR Restrukturyzacje S.A. team announces that on 24 May 2016, the District Court for Kraków - Śródmieście in Kraków, 8th Commercial Division for bankruptcy and restructuring cases, changed the administrator in the sanitation proceedings of Dayli Polska sp. z o.o..

On 1 February 2016, the District Court for Kraków - Śródmieście in Kraków, 8th Commercial Division for bankruptcy and restructuring cases opened the sanitation proceedings of Dayli Polska sp. z o.o.. After hearing the case from the administrator's motion and the debtor's motion, the administrator was changed by a decision of 24 May 2016. The law firm "PMR Restrukturyzacje" S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw was appointed in place of the previous administrator - the company Zimmerman Filipiak Restrukturyzacja.
Dayli Polska sp. z o.o. is a chain of drugstores offering a wide range of care, colour and detergent cosmetics, as well as German chemistry. The Dayli chain also offers a wide range of services such as phone top-ups, postal services, newspapers, lotto points and public transport ticket outlets.

Pursuant to the order of 1 February 2016, the Court decided to open the sanitation proceedings of the debtor Dayli Polska Spółka z o.o., to take away the debtor's own management, to appoint an administrator in the form of Zimmermann Filipiak S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, to appoint a commissioner judge in the person of the Judge of the District Court for Kraków - Śródmieście in Kraków, 8th Commercial Department for bankruptcy and restructuring - Janusz Płoch, and to indicate that the basis for the jurisdiction of the Polish courts is Article 342(1) of the Restructuring Law. By decision of 24 May 2016rok, in place of the previous administrator, the Court decided to appoint PMR Restrukturyzacje S.A. to act as administrator.
