INFORMATION CLAUSE

In accordance with Article 13 paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, we inform you that:

1. Administrator Your personal data is PMR Restrukturyzacje S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Prosta 70, 00-838 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000546300, NIP: 7010471710, REGON: 360951713, share capital PLN 102,000.00 –
fully paid.

2. Contact with the Data Protection Inspector is possible at the following e-mail address: iodo@pmrsa.pl 

3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of considering the submitted application, conducting the recruitment procedure, as well as for the purposes of future recruitment processes.

4. Your data will be processed on the basis of consent, i.e. on the basis of
6 section 1 letter a GDPR.

5. The recipients Your personal data may be processed by entities supporting the Administrator
in the conducted business activity, in particular entities providing economic and financial consulting services, legal services, IT services, entities linked by capital and personal ties to the Administrator.

6. Your personal data will be stored for the time necessary to conduct the recruitment process, but no longer than 2 years from the date of consent to their processing or no longer than until the consent is withdrawn.

7. In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to:: the right to access the content of personal data, to rectify, delete, transfer or limit their processing. You also have the right to withdraw, at any time, your consent, provided that the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

8. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

9. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment process.

10. Your personal data will be processed in IT systems, but the Administrator will not make decisions in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
