The bankruptcy trustee in the proceedings conducted against the debtor Krystyna Domagała in bankruptcy in the bankruptcy proceedings conducted before the court in Jelenia Góra, 5th Commercial Division, reference number V GUp 58/18, offers for sale:

A 30/48 share in the ownership of real estate no. 1, located in Jelenia Góra at 14/1 Kamiennogórska Street, on plot no. 788, district 0013, with an area of 0.1122 ha, for which the District Court in Jelenia Góra, Land and Mortgage Register Division, maintains land and mortgage register number JG1J/00021594/1. The usable area of the premises is 49.59 m², and the property consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The overall standard and technical condition of the premises have been assessed as poor; the premises require renovation. The ownership of the premises comes with a 1/2 share in the perpetual usufruct of plot no. 788 and a 45% share in the common parts of the building. The market value of the 30/48 share in the ownership right to the premises no. 1 located in Jelenia Góra at 14 Kamiennogórska Street is PLN 121,800.00, according to the valuation report of April 2025.

Cena wywoławcza wynosi 61 000,00 zł

The condition for the Bidder to participate in the tender is:

a) Submitting a tender offer to the Office PMR Restructuring SA in Jelenia Góra, i.e. 58-500 Jelenia Góra, ul. Klonowica 2/5b in person or by mail, with the proviso that the date of the delivery of the offer shall be the date of submission of the offer by the postman, courier or other person authorised to deliver the parcel at the place of submitting the offers with the following note „Przetarg na sprzedaż nieruchomość, sygn. akt V GUp 58/18 on time do 30 stycznia 2026 r. do godziny 15:00.

(b) payment of a deposit in an amount equivalent to 10% (in words: ten per cent) of the starting price the subject of the tender specified in paragraph III section 1 of the Regulations to the bank account kept for the Bankruptcy Estate Krystyna Domagała in bankruptcy at the number 09 1090 1926 0000 0001 5624 8833 on time do 30 stycznia 2026 r. do godziny 15:00

Written bids should include:
(a) the date on which the offer was made,
b) the name and surname of the Bidder, legal status, address and telephone number contact,
c) the purchase price offered, specifying the subject of the tender, which shall not be lower than the starting price and specifying the manner and date of its payment,
(d) confirmation of payment of the deposit to the bank account of the Insolvency Mass,
e) the bank account to which the amount of the bid security is to be refunded in the event that the Bidder's bid is not successful,
f) a statement of familiarity with the factual and legal status of the subject of the tender,
g) a statement that the Tenderer is not one of the persons excluded from the possibility of submitting tenders by virtue of Paragraph V(2) of the Regulations,
h) a statement that the Bidder has read the Rules and Regulations and has no objections to their contents,
i) a statement on awareness of the consequences of selling the components of the bankruptcy estate in a tender procedure.
