½ in a property developed with a farm building in Bolków

The trustee in bankruptcy offers for sale a ½ share in the ownership right to a built-up land property located in Bolkow at 14 Wysokogórska Street on plot number 679/2 with an area of 0.5838 ha. The plot of land is developed with a building under construction. According to the project, the building is an "Automotive Research and Development Centre with catering facilities", with subsequent changes to the project. In the northern part of the plot there is a manoeuvring area and parking spaces. The District Court in Kamienna Góra keeps the Land and Mortgage Register under number LE1K/00010021/5.

Cena wywoławcza 739 000 zł netto;   908 970,00 zł brutto

The condition for the Bidder to participate in the tender is:

a) submitting a written offer meeting the conditions of the Rules of Procedure in a closed envelope by the deadline of February 14, 2025, 3:00 p.m..

(b) payment of a deposit in an amount equivalent to 10% (in words: ten per cent) of the starting price the subject of the tender to the bank account kept for the bankruptcy estate under the number 71 1090 1926 0000 0001 4871 8480 on time do 14 lutego 2025 r do godziny 15:00

Written bids should include:

  1. the date on which the offer was made,
  2. the name and surname, the name of the Bidder, the legal form, the PESEL or NIP number or the number in the National Court Register and, if there is no such number, other data enabling unambiguous identification of the Bidder, the indication of persons authorised to represent the Bidder, the mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address,
  1. the purchase price offered, specifying the subject of the tender, which shall not be lower than the starting price and specifying the manner and date of its payment,
  2. confirmation of payment of the deposit to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate,
  3. the bank account to which the amount of the bid security is to be refunded in the event that the bid of the Bidder concerned is not selected,
  4. a statement of familiarity with the factual and legal status of the subject of the tender,
  5. a statement that the Tenderer is not one of the persons excluded from the possibility of submitting tenders under Paragraph V(2) of the Rules of Procedure,
  6. a statement that the Bidder has read the Rules and Regulations and has no objections to their contents,
  7. a statement of awareness of the consequences of the sale of the assets of the Insolvency Estate in the insolvency proceedings,
  8. a statement of undertaking to pay all costs connected with the conclusion of the contract property sales,
  9. a statement that you acknowledge and understand the manner in which the Receiver will inform you of any auction proceedings,
  10. if the tender is submitted by an agent, a copy of the power of attorney granted.
