Faced with record inflation, rising raw material costs and economic uncertainty related to the war in Ukraine, many Polish companies are facing the challenge of maintaining liquidity. However, they are increasingly less likely to decide to declare bankruptcy and are fighting hard to maintain their business. One solution that enables them to do so is restructuring proceedings.
