In the face of record inflation, rising raw material costs and economic uncertainty related to the war in Ukraine, many Polish companies are facing the challenge of maintaining liquidity. However, recent months have shown a huge change that has taken place in the mentality of Polish entrepreneurs, who are less and less likely to decide to declare bankruptcy and are fighting hard to maintain their business. One solution that enables them to do so is restructuring proceedings. Its popularity is growing by leaps and bounds - between 2019 and 2021 alone, the number of entities covered by it has almost quadrupled.
