👉 The financial crisis at the Tarnów-based company ATB Tamel has led to redundancies. The electric motor factory plans to reduce its workforce by 200 people by the end of this year. This is as much as a quarter of the total workforce.
👉The employment reduction plan at the Tarnów factory assumes that it will first affect those employees who have acquired pension rights, people employed under fixed-term and civil-law contracts (contracts of mandate and contracts for specific work), as well as prisoners. The last group will include employees employed under an employment contract for an indefinite period.
