Movable property in STOMADENT proceedings

The bankruptcy trustee in the proceedings conducted against Zdzisław Oszczeda, conducting business activity under the name STOMADENT Zdzisław Oszczeda in bankruptcy, has for sale on a free-hand basis the following movable assets:

The condition for the Bidder to participate in the tender is:
a) Payment of the tender deposit in the amount corresponding to 10% (in words: ten percent) of the starting price of the subject of the tender into the bank account kept for the bankruptcy estate under the number 59 1090 1926 0000 0001 4842 3719 by March 21, 2025, 3:00 p.m.

b) Submitting an offer with a clear and legible marking of the Bidder and with an annotation "an offer for the purchase of movables - file reference V GUp 103/21" with a specification of the subject matter of the tender. The offer may be submitted in person, to an authorized employee in the Syndic's Office, or it may be sent by registered mail, the Syndic allows sending the offer by e-mail to the following address: beata.s@kancelaria-syndyka.pl, not later than March 21, 2025, 3:00 p.m.

II. The offer should include:

1. the date on which the offer was made,
2. the Bidder's name, legal status, address including contact number,
3. the purchase price offered, specifying the subject of the tender, which shall not be lower than the starting price and specifying the manner and date of its payment,
4. confirmation of payment of the deposit to the bank account of the Insolvency Mass,
5. indication of the bank account to which the amount of the bid security is to be refunded in the event that the bid of the Bidder concerned is not selected,
6. a statement of knowledge of the factual and legal status of the subject of the tender,
7. a statement that the Tenderer is not one of the persons excluded from the possibility of submitting tenders by virtue of Paragraph V(2) of the Rules of Procedure,
8. a statement that the Bidder has read the Rules and Regulations and has no objections to their contents,
9. a statement of awareness of the consequences of the sale of the components of the insolvency mass in the insolvency proceedings,
10. a statement of undertaking to pay all costs connected with the conclusion of the contract of sale of the movable property,
11. a statement that you acknowledge and understand the manner in which the Receiver will inform you of any auction proceedings,
12. if the tender is submitted by an agent, a copy of the power of attorney granted.
13. statement of consent to communication by email to.
14 Bidder's signature on the bid.

III. Examination of tenders
1 The examination of the bids will take place within 7 working days.
2. the tenderer whose the successful tenderer is obliged to conclude the sales contract within a maximum of one month
(3) The purchaser is obliged to pay the purchase price before the conclusion of the relevant sales contract.
4 The object of the contract will be handed over to the buyer immediately after payment of the price, at the buyer's expense.
5. The organiser of the tender may withdraw from the tender or cancel the tender without stating a reason.
