Dear Sirs,
having regard to the fact that since 25 May 2018, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter also referred to as the GDPR or the Regulation) has been in force throughout the European Union, we would like to inform you that the Company PMR Restrukturyzacje S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as PMR) fulfils all its obligations arising from the regulation with due diligence, in a manner enabling the best protection of your personal data.
At this point, we would like to assure you that we have adapted all procedures for processing your personal data – in accordance with the GDPR guidelines – at the organizational, document, technical, procedural level, as well as (and above all) at the awareness level.
