Public portal of the National Debt Register provides the possibility to search for disclosed bankruptcy, restructuring, prohibition of business activity and enforcement proceedings. The portal also allows searching and viewing notices required by bankruptcy and restructuring law.

Substantive information on the restructuring process itself can be sought from licensed restructuring consultants. A restructuring advisor is a specialist who supports companies in restructuring processes, i.e. the reorganisation of their business to improve their financial and operational situation.

In Poland, restructuring advisers They must be suitably qualified and be included in the list of restructuring advisers kept by the relevant authorities. Their work often requires knowledge of the law bankruptcy and restructuring and analytical and interpersonal skills.
