"The costs of processing have increased beyond belief. And any burden will cause more and more companies will be had to seek salvation in the form of consolidation or searching for external investors or they will close their business," says Agnieszka Maliszewska, general director of the Polish Chamber of Milk, who estimates that as a result of this crisis, small plants in particular will go bankrupt.
