As a result of the prolonged pandemic, more and more companies from the Lower Silesian Voivodeship are teetering on the edge of financial liquidity. The crisis has hit the hotel, catering and catering industry (HoReCa) and long-distance bus transport (…) particularly hard.
– Entrepreneurs from the long-distance bus transport sector have found themselves in an extremely difficult and uncertain situation that requires them to act quickly. It is worth emphasizing here that the time to make a decision on restructuring is absolutely crucial here, and an early implementation of the recovery process significantly increases the probability of settling liabilities and securing liquidity in the company – says Małgorzata Anisimowicz.
- For this purpose companies in crisis can use ready-made solutions, such as simplified restructuring proceedings, which allow for a quick arrangement with creditors, improving liquidity and remodeling the company's current business strategy. These actions will allow avoid bankruptcy or aggressive debt collection. Stabilized thanks to restructuring the company it will be much easier to return to full competitiveness when the market starts operating at full speed – adds Anisimowicz.
