Małgorzata Anisimowicz, a syndic recognised in the community, decided to break with the previous convention of working in her own law firm and follow a completely new path. This is how the idea of creating the company PMR Restrukturyzacje S.A. was born.

Supervisor, Manager, Mediator, licensed trustee, simultaneously conducting many bankruptcy proceedings. Vice-Dean of the National Chamber of Trustees and President of the District Chamber of Trustees in Wrocław. In short, Małgorzata Anisimowicz, who has been restructuring failing companies for over 14 years companies from Lower Silesia.

"I prefer the term restructuring advisor. My goal is to improve business and help in difficult moments when the entrepreneur loses control over the business and the lawyers and the financial director do not have an idea or competence to carry out radical changes in the organization of the company. I don't just lead processes bankruptcy of companies in order to satisfy creditors as much as possible, but where possible, I renew and restructure the company’s operations so that it regains financial stability and can continue to compete in the market.”

- Małgorzata Anisimowicz sums up her work.

Currently a recognized trustee, she decided to break with the convention of working in her own law firm, as has been the case in her industry so far. She decided to use a new and previously unused solution - running a network, nationwide, and in the near future even international law firm. restructuring advisors. The development of the activity and the increase of the scope of its services was possible thanks to the joining of forces with Maciej Roch Pietrzak, who ran law offices in Warsaw, Łódź and Kalisz. However, the joint banner is only the beginning of an ambitious strategy for the development of the market of services in the field of restructuring consulting. The founders of PMR Restrukturyzacje assure that they will soon open more partner branches of PMR, also abroad. The plans concern offices in Germany and Great Britain.

Opening a network of law firms is a pioneering idea in the receivership industry, but Małgorzata Anisimowicz is confident that it is a good decision. She stresses that the demand for professional restructuring advisors continues to grow as companies continue to expand and require more advanced organisational, legal and financial solutions.

"I have been active in this field for over 14 years running my own law firm. I have conducted dozens of proceedings, including business recovery processes, mainly in the Lower Silesia region. Practising business in this part of Poland is a true art of survival, but also a lens of business diversity. The region is the cradle of heavy industry (e.g. electromechanical, automotive), but the most promising are high technologies and business services. This requires specialisation in a number of distinct industries, but also offers opportunities for the development of unique skills. Rich in experience of working with companies in Lower Silesia, I will support the other PMR branches across the country and beyond."

- adds the trustee.

Małgorzata Anisimowicz made history in Lower Silesia by saving, among others, the Violetta Crystal Glassworks in Szczytna. After the commencement of bankruptcy proceedings in the liquidation option, she managed to start a business and resume production. As a result of the restructuring actions undertaken, it was possible to separate a strategic part of the plant from the enterprise located on several hectares of land. The company, reduced in size, without assets that negatively affected its profitability, gained significantly in value. Negotiations with investors brought a solution - a buyer was selected for the organized part of the enterprise - MINEX Centrala Eksportowo-Importowa SA. The glassworks operates to this day, being the industry leader in the region. It employs over 200 employees.

Another challenge is the leisure and recreation facility Hotel Las in Piechowice. Małgorzata Anisimowicz, in her role as receiver, manages the hotel and carries out restructuring activities in all areas, working to ensure the highest possible coverage of creditors. The receiver took over the hotel with no financial resources, yet she has managed to maintain the hotel's operations and even increase its efficiency. Thanks to her innovative approach to restructuring, the profitability results show that the company can grow and increase its value in the near future.

"I am currently focusing on current operations. Work is required not only on the financial side, but also on organizational aspects, e.g. working with staff, constantly improving the quality of services, and promoting the facility. Due to the ongoing restructuring, we have managed to significantly reduce prices for hotel services, while simultaneously improving the quality of service, thanks to which guests of the facility occasionally receive a rich offer at a very favorable price."

- comments the trustee.

Małgorzata Anisimowicz emphasises that she will continue to personally assist companies in Lower Silesia and sees the investment in a network law firm as a natural stage in the development of her business.

"Expanding and developing the company's structures is one of the key tasks for the near future. Their pace, however, will depend on our ability to integrate and promote high standards of service. It is precisely the care for the client and the effectiveness of our activities that distinguishes PMR Restructuring from other law firms, as, in addition to consultancy, we offer entrepreneurs execution, in which we have extensive experience."

- adds Małgorzata Anisimowicz - Vice President of PMR Restructuring.
