The end of 2021 and the beginning of next year will see energy and gas price rises that are keeping the entire catering industry up at night.
According to experts at PMR Restructuring, limited budgets, combined with rising inflation and soaring fixed costs, could bring up to several thousand companies to the brink of insolvency.
Last year's record of 2,125 registered insolvencies of Polish companies (which was a 71% increase year-on-year) may lose its relevance in just 11 months. The main reasons for the next avalanche restructuring and bankruptcy, there will be inflation and sharp increases in fixed costs, including: energy prices and the constantly growing pressure on wages.
