HAWE S.A. - receipt of information about the resolution of the creditors' council to change the administrator

HAWE S.A. (hereinafter the "Company") announces that it has received information that on 21 September 2016. The Creditors' Council established in the Company's sanitation proceedings passed a resolution to dismiss the current Administrator in the person of Wojciech Makuć and to appoint a company under the name PMR Restrukturyzacje S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw to act as Administrator of HAWE S.A., as well as a resolution on the legitimacy of continuing the Company's sanitation proceedings.

In accordance with Article 136 section 2 and Article 455 section 2 of the Act of 15 May 2016 – Restructuring Law, within one week from the date of publication resolutions of the Council of Creditors in the office of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 10th Commercial Division, the participants in the proceedings and the administrator may file objections against the resolutions. Objections filed after the deadline or not meeting the formal requirements of a procedural document shall be left without consideration. The provisions of Article 130 § 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall not apply.
