Mediatel and its subsidiary Hawe Telekom have signed a letter of intent with Huawei Poland regarding cooperation in technological, commercial and financial support. A detailed agreement is planned to be signed by the end of May, Mediatel said in a release.
The companies announce close cooperation on the Polish market. It assumes, among others, active support from Huawei in the development Hawe Group.
Technological cooperation is to include, among others, certification and training of personnel Hawe Telekom in the scope of servicing and implementing Huawei technology, as well as creating a training and reference center based on the resources of the Polish company's telecommunications infrastructure. The parties to the agreement also assume joint implementation of projects as part of announced tenders, e.g. regarding the expansion of telecommunications infrastructure.
Mediatel and Huawei plan to sign a detailed agreement for a long-term partnership.
