The company wants a 27% reduction in bond debt and repayment based on the schedule of lease payments received. These will not end until 2046.
Company restructuring is to take the form of a partial arrangement, which will cover only the owners of all four series. This concerns series B, C, D and E securities with a total value of PLN 12.2 million. Before the opening of the restructuring proceedings, the first of them was not redeemed, while in the case of the others, interest payments were waived.
The proposed arrangement for bondholders assumes not only a 27% debt reduction, but also a complete write-off of interest and any additional costs.
