PMR Restructuring, the current administrator of Kerdos and Dayla, has filed a statement with the court requesting the withdrawal of the motion to discontinue the sanction proceedings opened against Dayla.
The cancellation of the sanitation proceedings was sought by Dayla's previous administrator, Zimmerman Filipiak Restrukturyzacja. The law firm explained that it had not received money from the owner of Kerdos, which in its view was necessary for the continued operation of the Dayla drugstore.
PMR Restrukturyzacje has a different approach to process restructuring of Kerdos, as evidenced by the commission agreement concluded by Dayli.
– We do not want to evaluate the actions of the previous administrator. However, our team is convinced that the restructuring process of both Dayli and Kerdos can end in success. Undoubtedly, as the administrator in sanitation proceedings in the case of both of these companies, we have a more complete picture of the situation, so it will be much easier for us to talk to the creditors– Maciej Roch Pietrzak, president of PMR, told “Parkiet” Restructuring.
