Due to the pandemic and the restrictions introduced, hotels and restaurants have suffered the most out of all sectors of the economy. In 2020, the number of declared insolvencies in the hotel, restaurant and catering industry increased by 65% compared to the previous year. We check whether the easing of restrictions HoReCa industry has a chance to recover after the pandemic tsunami.
