Will Kerdos rise from its knees?

Share this article:

PMR Restructuring is looking for financing for Dayla among other investment funds. At this stage it is not excluded that they will take up shares in the increased capital of Kerdos.

If there is goodwill on the part of the creditors and financing is found for Dayla, the Kerdos group will rise from its knees," says Maciej Roch Pietrzak, president of PMR Restrukturyzacje, which acts as administrator in the sanitation proceedings pending against Kerdos and Dayla.

The administrator already has a framework plan for the exit of Kerdos from the crisis – in the first step, it will be necessary to provide bridge financing for the subsidiary and restructuring financing for the parent company.
