Bearing in mind that, as of 25 May 2018, the EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter also referred to as RODO or the Regulation) is applicable throughout the European Union, we would like to inform you that the Company PMR Restrukturyzacje S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw shall comply with all the obligations incumbent on it under the Regulation with due diligence in order to protect your personal data in the best possible way.

At this point, we would like to assure you that as a Administrator We have adapted all procedures for the processing of your personal data - in line with the RODO guidelines - both on an organisational, documentary, technical, procedural level as well as (and above all) on an awareness level.
